The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Animal Center in Poolsville, MD requires a 1000 ton trailer mounted chiller and associated equipment to provide cooling to facilities this cooling season. The NIH requires this chiller and accessories to suport the additional cooling requirements due to new construction, additions and renovations. The period of performance for the lease shall be from July 1, 1996 through August 31, 1996 with options for four subsequent years for the months of July and August. There will be a site visit scheduled. The date for the site visit will be included in the solicitation. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
