PRESOLICITATION NOTICE--The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment to construct three (3) three-story dormitory buildings, two (2) mechanical buildings. The work includes site work including roadwork and landscape, cast-in-place concrete, reinforced masonry, metals, woods and plastics, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, finishes, specialties, furnishings, mechancial, electrical and incidental related work. THIS IS A METRIC PROJECT. All measurements and units are shown in metric units, unless otherwise noted. This is a firm fixed price contract. The estimated construction cost is over $10,000,000. Contract duration is approximately 540 calendar days. The standard industrial code is 1522 and the related small business standard is $17,000,000. This proposed acquisition is unrestricted. Plans and Specifications will be available on or about 4 March 1996.
