Provide all labor and materials to demolish and replace the existing guard station, gates and operators at the Fort Worth Federal Center located at 50l W. Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas. The existing guard station is of brick masonry construction is approximately 35ft. wide and 48ft long. Demolition of the existing reinforced concrete foundation is also required. Existing gates are 10ft. high link with chain operators. The new guard station will be approximately 20ftx20dr, wood stud construction with brick veneer, storefront windows and composition roofing. New gates will be chain link with screw drive operators. Anticipated cost for all demolition and construction work is between $50,000 and $100,000. Presolicitation Notice will be sent on or about 2/16/96. Solicitation will be issued on or about 2/29/96 and bids will be due approximately thirty (30) calendar days after issuance.
