The work includes a warehouse, various offices and clinics, outpatient surgery, emergency room and some other functions. Construction will include relocation of and new sites utilities, parking and roadways, site work, new roads, landscaping, asbestos abatement, demolition, general construction, new partitions and interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, elevators, fire alarm and sprinkler systems, and certain other items.
