Roof repair and replacement for Buildings Nos. 3, 4, 5, 6 and 14 including membrane repair, roofing replacement, installation of the new flashing, new roof drains and piping to existing drains. 2. Remove damaged asbestos-containing pipe and joints insulation in the boiler room, Building No. 7; replace piping insulation at the Glenmont Job Corps Center located in Glenmont, New York. Construction time is scheduled for 168 calendar days. The estimated cost range for construction is between $100,000 to $250,000.
