Indefinite Quantity Contract for Pavement Work at Various Locations on Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes furnishing labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to perform asphaltic concrete pavement work; portland cement concrete work, including sidewalks and curbs; marking and striping of pavement; and other incidental related work. The term of the contract will be a twelve month base period plus two option years. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 36 months. The Government will establish unit prices for the various contract line items. The contractor will propose a coefficient for the base period and each option year which should include all projected and potential costs not included in the unit price. The Government will apply the coefficient to the bottom line price of the delivery order (the total of all extended line items) to calculate the total delivery order price. The Government may award this contract to more than one contractor. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation.
