This order provides services to repair, test, and/or evaluate the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Guidance and Control sections. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
