Acquisitions more than $2,500 but less than or equal to $50,000 will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures under a request for standing quotes posted at DSCC per FAR 5.101. For acquisitions over $50,000, awards will be made without issuing a solicitation (RFP) unless review of standing quotes indicates that issuing an order under the BOA would not result in the lowest overall cost alternative to the Government.
