Ostrom, Phone (703)604-2000 Naval Air Systems Command intends to contract with Loral Federal Systems Company of Owego, New York for the rehabilitation of the existing SH60B Operational Trainer to simulate SH-60B helicopter improvements and provide for the trainer to interact with the SH-60R trainers. As the sole designer and manufacturer of the LAMPS MK III operator trainer, Loral possesses the experience and necessary data to meet the requirements.
