The basic requirement is to develop, document, install, and test a First Article modification kit, including all non-recurring engineering services, hardware, and software. This First Article will then be refurbished and a planned 9 production modification kits will be procured. One unsheltered mock-up will be produced to be maintanined at the depot. Also procured will be 2 years of spares kits, data, and any familiarzation training needs. The final RFP release date is scheduled for 29 Feb 96. Bidder's will have 60 calendar days for review of solicitation to prepare their proposal.
