The United States Air Force has the intent to issue a solicitation for the FY96 subscription renewal of Matthew Bender & Company Publications, Incorporated. The requirement consists of 17 different copyrighted legal publications being ordered and delivered to various Law Libraries worldwide. The solicitation will be issued approximately 4 March 1996. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman located in ASC/CY, Bldg 2041, 2511 L St. Serious concerns only. The United States Air Force intends to award to Matthew Bender & Co., Inc., 2917 Meadow View Rd., Falls Church, VA 22042, who currently holds the copyright for the publications being ordered.
