Phillips Laboratory, Directorate of Contracting, on behalf of the Directorate of Space and Missiles Technology, Passive Sensors Branch (PL/VTRP), is amending PRDA 95-04 to advise prospective offerors that Government and non-Government experts, when specifically required by PL/VTRP, may participate in technical and Government reviews. Non-Government experts will consist of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) and their support contractors, Ball Aerospace Corporation and Nichols Research Corporation. All other information contained in the synopsis remains the same.
