All responsive proposals shall be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Professional Qualifications; (b) Experience in the Work Required; (c) Qualifications of Principals; (d) Qualifications of Supervisors and Personnel; (e) Management and Control; and (f) Location of the Firm in the general Geographic Area. Contract will be awarded for two years for a total amount Not to Exceed $900,000.00. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to the the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
