ALDRIDGE, (215)697-9614 The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire through other than full and open competition on a Sole Source Basis from General Electric Aircraft Co., Cincinatti, Ohio Contractor Engineering and Technical services in support of the following G.E. engines and associated equipment: T700-GE-401/401C, T58-GE-8F/10/16/402, F404-GE-400, TF-34-GE-400B/400C and T64-GE-6-413/415/416. The proposed procurement consists of a Base Year (consisting of fifteen (15) tasks - 360 man months) to commence 01 January 1997 through 31 December 1997, with an option for a second year (consisting of sixteen (16) tasks - 372 man months) from 01 January 1998 through 31 December 1998. It is anticipated that a new Indefinite Quantity Labor Hour contract and/or modification of an existing contract will be utilized to fulfill the subject requirement.
