Ophthalmology residents are participants in the Residency Program of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. All cases will be performed by an ophthalmology resident in the presence of the contract employee, who must also be fully prepared to assume the case as primary surgeon as needed. All work will be performed at the VA Medical Center, Marion, IL during 8 hour clinics held on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday of each month. Offers due o/a 4/3/96. Anticipate start date of contract o/a 6/96. A one year contract with 2 add'l years is anticipated. This is a competitively negotiated contract. FAR Part 12 will not be used for this acquisition.
