This request for proposals is for technical assistance services related to the maintenance operations of the Community Development Commission of the County of Los Angeles, CA which owns and manages approximately 3,600 conventional public housing units. The overall goal of this HUD-funded procurement is to achieve improvement in the maintenance operation by assisting in the redesign and implementation of a new system of maintenance operations as deemed appropriate. Performance is in four parts (1) evaluation of personnel and procedures (2) evaluation of sites (3) creation of a maintenance management and implementation program (4) implementation services. Total contract duration is not expected to exceed 21 months. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses.
