Shires, Jr. (703) 810-4680 The On-Site Inspection Agency is procuring lodging and conference rooms on an as-needed basis in support of present and future international treaties and OSIA mission and organizational requirements. The lodging rooms shall be located less than eight (8) miles driving distance from the Washington Dulles International Airport terminal. The lodging room shall at a minimum include the following: (a) two (2) double beds, (b) bathroom, (c) television, (d) telephone, (e) located above ground floor level, (f) segregated/restricted hallway, (g) accessible through an interior hallway entrance only, and (h) double locks on each door.
