This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P.L. 100-656). SIC Code: 1629, Small Business Size Standard is $17 million. The Corps of Engineers is committed to substantive participation of small disadvantaged (SDB) and women-owned enterprises in the performance of this contract.
