Work will include, but is not limited to, construction of gravel access road, vehicle maneuver area, three one-story buildings, one two- story building, one church, tool shed, granary, animal pen, well, four generator bunkers, six target bunkers, and two practice buildings, as well as miscellaneous small construction. There will be some special, double-wall construction involved in this project. This procurement is estimated at between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of performance is 60 calendar days; project completion and beneficial occupancy must be accomplished by 30 Sep 96. Bid will be issued O/A 22 Feb 96. This is an unrestricted procurement.
