The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has need for Equestrian Center site grading at the Otay-Sweetwater Unit of the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge located near Jamacha Junction, San Diego County, CA. Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to clear and grade the 15-acre site for construction of an equestrian center including construction of site drainage and seeding slopes. Approximate quantities are as follows: stripping and disposal - 5,000 cy; excavation, fill and compaction - 5,000 cy; 12-inch through 30-inch concrete culvert - 630 lf; drainage structures - 8 each; seeding - 9,700 sy.
