The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) has need for the construction of an access road and highway improvements at the Otay-Sweetwater Unit of the San Diego National Wildlife Refuge located near Jamacha Junction, San Diego County, CA. Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to widen Highway 94 (Campo Road) to provide left and right turn lanes, construct approximately 150 lineal feet of paved access road, replace five culverts across Highway 94, install approximately 1,700 lineal feet of barbed wire fence, and related seeding, signing, temporary traffic control.
