The work consists of providing all labor, material and services necessary for the following major work items: 3 new soli piston hydraulic elevators with equipment and controls; Structural modifications including 3-story elevator shaft construction, plus over minus 21,000 sq ft reinforced concrete loading platform structure within an existing garage area including pile foundations, building and framing modifications; Site modifications including a plus over minus 14,000 sq ft area reinforced concrete truck apron with retaining walls and pile foundations, 15,000 sq ft area of pavement, utility relocation and protection; Interior construction including plus over minus 5,000 sq ft general office and operations area; Complete HVAC system with power and controls with capability of interconnect to building management system; General construction elements including roofing and fascia modifications, overhead doors, dock levellers and enclosures and miscellaneous construction. Offeror must have a minimum of five (5) years general construction experience and must have satisfactorily completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope.
