Contractors within the local area are urged to pick-up a copy of the solicitation at Building 212, first floor, plans & specs room, at the Washington Navy Yard. The hours of operation for plans & specs are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will only be one set issued per contractor. Requests for plans & specs and bidders lists should be made separately. Please note that plans & specs will be issued on a first come, first serve basis.
