Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, and all transportation to replace two HVAC Systems in Building 1129 at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The replacement shall include, but not be limited to, removing and disposing of one split system heat pump, one air handler, and one boiler system, to include all associated ductwork, and replacing them with one duct-free split heat pump system and one single package rooftop heat pump unit, to include all associated ductwork and electrical work. Performance period is 45 Calendar days. Magnitude of project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Solicitation will be issued on or about 2 March 1996.
