Work includes but is not limited to replacing existing ceiling, suspension system, light fixtures, hollow metal doors, frames and hardware, re-installing sprinkler heads in new ceilings, and install and paint new metal stud and dry wall partitions. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion time for this project is 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This is a unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources and SIC 1799 is applicable. A bid guarantee is required in an amount not less than 20% of the bid price. The solicitation will be issued on or about 2/21/96, with bid opening on 3/22/96, or 30 days from the date the solicitation is issued. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
