Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to prepare concrete surfaces by brushing, water blasting, or air blasting loose paint and removing all debris off base, then applying appropriate airfield marking in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 950063. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 90 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Project requirements will be made available on or about 27 Feb 96. (039)
