The Contract period will run for a base year with two (2) option years. Period of performance is anticipated to commence on 1 Apr 96. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government including past performance as a key factor. This request for services is 100% set-aside for Small Business, and will result in a fixed price requirements contract. No telephone requests will be accepted.
