Project consists of planting Government-furnished bareroot tree seedlings with hoedadas and augers on the Scott River Ranger District, Klamath National Forest, Siskiyou County, California. This is a requirements contract. Under the contract the Government estimates 374 acres for Item 1, Hoedad Tree Planting; and estimates 221 acres for Item 2, Auger Tree Planting. Payment will be based on levels of difficulty for each item. Contract time will run concurrently for each bid item. Contract time: Item 1: 28 calendar days; Item 2: 35 calendar days from effective date of Notice to Proceed. Date for receipt of bids has not been established, but is estimated to be in early April, 1996. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. (043)
