FISC, Norfolk Detachment, Washington, intends to modify existing contract N00600-94-C-0208 with Advanced Management for Medical Equipment Inc. (AMMEI), 92 Thomas Jefferson Drive, Suite 160, Frederick MD 21702. The sole source contract is for remedial and preventative maintenance of ophthalmology exam lanes located at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD. The modification is to add 23 more ophthalmology exam lanes for maintenance service. Total maintenance period of the additional exam lanes will be from modification execution date through 30 September 1996 with two (2) one-year options. Maintenance is in accordance with subject contract. AMMEI is the only known source which can provide the required services. Interested vendors capable of providing maintenance service of ophthlmology equipment shall contact the contract specialist within 15 calendar days of publication of this announcement in the Commerce Business Daily.
