Contractor to provide Maintenance Services to include Preventive and Remedial Maintenance to equipment at the Commissary at Fort Jackson South Carolina. Equipment includes, Electric and Manual Pallet Jacks, Electric Fork Lifts of various sizes and models, Battery Chargers, Scrubbing Machines, Buffers, etc. Contractor shall furnish all parts and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials required to perform. The contractor shall arrive at the designated location to provide remedial maintenance within two (2) hours. The contract will commence 1 July 1996 and continue through 30 June 1997 and will include two option years.
