The Federal Emergency Management Agency has a requirement for contractor support, which involves general support to FEMA Headquarters, six participating FEMA Regional Office (Regional offices located in the exercise areas) and the U.S. Army. Specific tasks to be performed involve the evaluation of CSEPP exercises, development of exercise scenarios and related documents, training exercise evaluators, providing clerical and administrative support at exercises, and computer modeling assistance. The CSEPP Exercises will be held in the area of eight Army Facilities located in Anniston, Alabama; Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Pueblo, Colorado; Newport, Indiana (including a portion of Illinois); Richmond, Kentucky; Aberdeen, Maryland; Umatilla, Oregon (including a portion of washington) and, Tooele, Utah.
