A-E Services are required to support Beale AFB. The contract will be for Type ``A'' and Type ``B'' services. Specific delivery orders may include architectural studies and design for renovation and repair of installation facilities: architectural studies and design for upgrade and repair of military family housing (MFH) units; engineering studies and designs for upgrade and repair of infrastructure; environmental studies; site/landscaping planning and design; master planning and related studies; GIS and computer programming support. Firms must have in-house or through association with qualified consultants, a multi-discipline professional staff which must include, but not limited to: U.S. Registered Architects and Landscape Architects, U.S. Registered Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers; AICP Certified Urban/Regional Planners; Environmental Engineers and Scientists; Fire Protection Specialists; and GIS and computer technical support staff. Firms desiring consideration must submit a DD Form 254/255 before 4:00 p.m. on the due date stated above. Up to five procurements will be made under this solicitation. Criteria forming the basis of selection will include: (1) Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required; (3) Capacity and demonstrated ability to accomplish multiple work orders in the required time; (4) Past performance on contracts with Government agencies in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; (5) Acceptability under other appropriate evaluation criteria. An open-end contract will be issued for a basic and one proposed option year period. Projects will be issued by individual delivery orders not to exceed $299,000 each and $750,000 annually.
