Furnish all labor, materials for grounds clean up, grass mowing and fertilization of USARC grounds areas at times specified by facility manager for the base year period of 1 April 1996 through 31 March 1997 plus two option years following base year. There are approximately 18 Type I mowings, 9 Type II mowings, one spring initial clean-up and four fertilizations per year. Requests for this RFQ must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $5.00 per RFQ package. Written quotations must be submitted by 20 March 1996. Anticipated award date is on or about 1 April 1996. All responsible sources may submit a request for quotation which shall be considered.
