The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a 5,000 square-foot Housing Management Office. The facility includes office space, conference room, counseling rooms and customer reception and waiting areas. The building and all restrooms will be handicapped accessible. The project includes site work, supporting utilities, landscaping, pavements, office furniture and indoor and outdoor play areas. The outdoor play area includes equipment and fencing. This work will be located on Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
