Pate (703) 784-3625 SOLICITATION NOTICE. This project is UNRESTRICTED. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1611, Highway and Street Construction. The size standard is $17 Million. The work includes providing miscellaneous paving, pothole, and sidewalk repairs to include but not be limited to roadways, walkways, patios, recreational areas, and boat ramps; work at pre-determined labor prices and material discount rates; and incidental related work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill requirements of Delivery Orders. The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice for up to two additional periods. The total duration of this contract including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 36 months. The projected date for availability of solicitations is March 05, 1996. The projected bid opening date is April 04, 1996. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick up a copy of the plans and specifications at the Facility Support Contracts Office, Bldg. 2034, SE Corner. The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will be only one set issued per contractor.
