SYNOPSIS - This work includes the provision of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision for the renovation of Building 121. Removal of work will include existing interior doors, finishes, masonry, gypsum board partitions, acoustical lay-in ceiling, HVAC ductwork, hot and cold water piping, steam piping, piping devices and equipment, plumbing piping and fixtures, electrical distribution system, lighting and electrical devices. New work will include replacement of removed systems with new systems as specified in specifications and shown on the drawings, new handicap access ramps, hot water heating system to replace steam system, provision for basement ventilation, makeup air system for cafeteria, incidental related work to provide handicap accessible finishes office space and new toilet room facilities on the second floor. Repair will be accomplished on concrete floor structure. Demolition will include removal of asbestos material and lead containing materials and other incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1541. The related Small Business size standard is 17 million. Completion time is 270 days after award. Estimated value is between $1,000,000.00 - $2,500,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is Unrestricted.
