Contractor shall remove the existing ballast from the roof, existing guttering & existing Metal Gravel Stop and Scuppers. Contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of all rotted and soft decking encountered and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1761. The related Small Business size standard is 7.0 million. Completion time is 40 days after award. Estimated value is under $50,000.00.
