Contractor shall furnish all plant, transportation, tools, labor, materials, equipment, uniforms/protective clothing, supplies, supervision and administration necessary to provide protective coating for various facilities at Grand Forks AFB ND in accordance with the terms of this solicitation and resulting contract. For base facilities, other than base Military Family Housing facilities, the contractor shall perform both exterior and interior paintings. Only exterior painting shall be performed for facilities in the base Military Family Housing area. The contractor shall paint walls, ceilings, concrete floors, exterior building surfaces, pavements, parking lots, airfield striping and parking ramp markings, and fire hydrants, install and repair wall coverings, tape, bed and texture walls, refinish hardwood floors, manufacture, repair and install signs and all other work in strict accordance with Technical Provisions. The resulting contract will be a Requirements Contract with Delivery Orders/Calls being issued. The duration of this contract will be 12 months for basic period with four (4) 12 month extensions to be executed at the governments option. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 per 12 month period. Plans and specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Plans will be AutoCADD 12 files and specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. This action is being issued unrestricted.
