The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to Repair/Alter Oasis MFH, Phase 2. Work consists of but is not limited to: light fixture removal and replacement, interior doors removed and replaced, front and shed doors are to be removed and replaced, mechanical door bells to be installed in the front doors, a wall constructed to extend living room, french doors installed in an existing opening in the four bedroom units, and a closet to be constructed in each four bedroom unit. This work will be located on Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
