The work includes the furnishing of all materials, labor and equipment to replace approximately 129,000 square feet of existing roofing system, warehouse 10, complete and ready for use. New white EPDM roof membrane, fully adhered system over new glass faced gypsum roof board and incidental related work over existing built-up roofing system will be provided.
