The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for replacement of the existing Water Control Structure #21 at the Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, Smyrna, Delaware. The work includes all labor, supervision, equipment and materials required to remove, dispose of and replace the existing concrete box culvert, inlet side structure and wingwalls and fencing; to furnish and install new sheet piling at the outlet side; and all necessary related excavation, trenching, backfilling, filling, grading, dewatering, cleaning, and related appurtenant work required to perform the project. Estimated price range of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is not a restricted procurement and is open to any business size. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specifications for this project will be available without charge. Issue date will be o/a March 1, 1996.
