Z -- LANDSCAPE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY, MOUNTAIN HOME AFB, ID SOL F10603-96-B0004 DUE 040296. POC Donna B. Stubbs/William W. Oakland, 208/828-2664. The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary for landscape site preparation, excavation, trenching, backfill, landscape grading, installing irrigation systems, trees, shrubs, groundcover and turf, transplanting cacti, and landscape establishment. The total performance period for this project is one basic year plus four option years. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will have delivery orders negotiated and issued based upon pre-priced line items established during bidding. Guaranteed minimum fees are $10,000 per year. Individual delivery orders shall not exceed $100,000. It is estimated the majority of projects will range from $5,000 to $15,000. This acquisition is unrestricted. The solicitation will be available o/a 29 February 1996.
