PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supplies, equipment, materials and transportation to install (1) New taxiway lighting, conduit and cable systems on eight existing airfield taxiways, (2) Install new helipad lighting on one existing airfield helipad, (3) Install new airfield guidance signs and associated pavement markings, (4) Install a new 15KV power feeder to the base tacan site, (5) Make improvements to existing manholes, and (6) Demolish and remove existing systems no longer necessary due to the installation of the above systems.
