The Government intends to award this requirement as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price(FFP) and Time and Materials(T&M) contract instead of on a Firm Fixed Price basis as initially synopsized. For changes in the estimated release date of the solicitation, offerors must continue to monitor the Electronic Bulletin Board as stated in the 8 Nov 95 synopsis.
