Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) intends to upgrade its site signaling system. In order to participate in this solicitation the offeror must comply with the following: (1) Compliance with DOE regulations regarding Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence Program (FOCI). (2) Personnel working on BNL's system must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance. (3) The proposed system must interface with Mosler, Inc. Smart Remote Terminal Unit (SRTU). (4) Proposed system must comply with DOE specifications for integrated security systems.
