70 -- ON-CALL MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTER OUTPUT TO MICROFILM (COM) RECORDERS SOL SSA-RFP-96-2585 DUE 030596 POC Rita Carter Tel: (410) 965-8789 Pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12, Commercial Items, the Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to procure on-call maintenance (repair at equipment location) for Government-owned Datagraphix COM Recorders. Total equipment inventory consists of two (2) model 4590s and two (2) model 4581s. All recorders are located in Baltimore, MD. Resulting contract is expected to contain a principal period of maintenance from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and contain option renewals up to five years after award. Interested vendors should send written requests for the solicitation package SSA-RFP-96-2585 to the above agency address within 15 days after this publication.
