The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Research Analysis and Maintenance. The proposed contract action is for Research Analysis and Maintenance to provide the government one business plan that analyzes the cost effectiveness of moving the Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor (TADS/PNVS) maintenance/repair from the prime contractor, Lockheed Martin to an organic facility. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is anticipated that delivery will be required 45 days after effective date of award.
