Notice of Broad Agency Announcement for research and monitoring pursuant to the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Restoration Work -- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is issuing a BAA on behalf ot the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council requesting research and monitoring proposals concerning factors affecting the recovery of resources injured by the Exxon Valdez oil spill. The request encompasses those research areas identified in the ''Draft Science Program'' that will be issued by the Trustee Council in late February 1996. The Draft Science Program projects a vision of the research, monitoring, and general restoration needs through the remaining years of the restoration program. Proposal requirements and evaluation factors are included in the BAA; interested parties should request copies of the BAA from the issuing office listed above. All interested parties may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. (0046)
