LISA ROMNEY, 202/767-8099 The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Georgia Tech Research Corporation (GTRC) an order under an existing basic ordering agreement, with a one year performance period plus a one year option. This decision is based on FAR 6.302-1, ''Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements'', 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). The contractor shall perform those feasibililty studies, analytical engineering, and fabrication of management support systems necessary to accomplish test and evaluation facility upgrades in support of cost-effective test and evaluation of EC systems, advanced integrated avionics systems, advanced weapon systems, smart munitions, and space-based strategic defense systems. Any information submitted in response to this notice shall be done completely at the respondent's expense, become the property of the Government, and not be returned. See Note 22.(0046)
