The Huntington District requires an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for Planning and Economic Analysis. All responsive proposals shall be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (a) Specialized Experience in the Work Required, (b) Qualifications and Capabilities of Principals, (c) Qualifications of Supervisors and Personnel, (d) Manangement and Control, (e) Location of the Firm in the General Geographic Area and (f) Previous DoD Awards. Contract will be awarded for two years for a total amount Not To Exceed $900,000.00. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered.
